Law School for Paralegals

By participating in any offering by LAW SCHOOL FOR PARALEGALS, FLORIDA INJURY ATTORNEYS, THE LAW OFFICES OF CHELSIE MARIE LAMIE, or CHELSIE MARIE LAMIE (collectively, LSFP), You agree that your use of the materials provided as part of the offering (“the Works”) is governed by this document. For good and valuable consideration, the adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, You and LSFP agree:

• LSFP is the exclusive owner of the materials provided and reserves all rights not expressly granted in this document. You agree not to challenge LSFP’s ownership of the Works.

• LSFP grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to copy the Works solely for the purpose of running your own legal practice.

• LSFP grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create derivative works from the Works solely for the purpose of running your own legal practice (“the Adapted Works”).

• You may not further license or re-sell the Works, or the Adapted Works, without express additional written permission from LSFP.

• You agree that any copies of The Works or the Adapted Works may only be provided to attorneys or staff working under your direction subject to a condition of confidentiality and a with full understanding that they may not use The Works or the Adapted Works for any purpose other than for the purpose of working in your legal practice.

• You may not share any on-demand videos purchased with any other person or entity outside of your own legal practice.

• You may not audio record, video record or otherwise attempt to transcribe or record any live virtual or live in-person training or coaching session. 

This license is governed by United States Federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its choice of law provisions. You agree that the state or Federal court with subject matter jurisdiction governing disputes arising in Pinellas County, Florida shall have exclusive personal jurisdiction to determine disputes arising from the parties’ relationship and consent to such personal jurisdiction.

By sending payment to purchase any of Law School for Paralegal's products, trainings or coaching packages, I agree to the terms set forth above.
